Refund Policy

We want CoachOS Chess to be useful to your coaching. This policy explains how we handle subscription cancellations and refund requests.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through Paddle, our payment provider. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.

Partial billing periods

We do not offer guaranteed refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your situation warrants a refund — for example, a technical issue that prevented you from using the service — contact us and we'll review it in good faith.

Fraudulent or duplicate charges

Charges that are clearly fraudulent or duplicated will be corrected. If you spot a charge you don't recognise or a duplicate transaction, contact us right away and we will investigate together with our payment provider.

How to request a refund

Email support@coachoschess.com with your account email, the charge date, and a short description of the issue. You can also manage your subscription and request refunds through Paddle at paddle.net.
